In ANSYS release 2019R2 a new meshing capability has been introduced, SpaceClaim Meshing. SpaceClaim Meshing is a meshing tool intended for creating structured hexahedral (brick) mesh for non-trivial geometries. It does also support free tetrahedral or hex dominant mesh too. The advantage of using hexahedral elements is that they fill up a given volume with relatively few nodes and elements.
The technology for electric vehicles has been available for decades and the fundamentals have been known for more than a century. Multiple problematic and time-consuming problems has still transpired as thousands and thousands of engineers start to develop more environmental vehicles. Some of these are longevity and safety of the batteries not only because of regulations but also because of consumer awareness.
